Multisystemic Trauma Therapy- Dependency Court
Integration of 3 Evidenced Based Treatments: Pre-school Trauma Therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (Dyadic) and Behavior Therapy. Includes a multi-systemic wrap-around approach to assessment and psychoeducation (regarding behavior interventions and trauma) to the caregivers, in the school, as well as any other providers (including CM’s, GAL’s, behavior therapists, occupational therapists etc). Transitioning, case consultation/staffing, and court testimony is also included.
Extensive clinical experience and training in working with individuals and families of all ages regarding LGB and Transgender issues.
Assessments and letters for transgender medical issues are available.
Different Drummer Family Group
*A group for families with transgender, gender variant, and gender non-conforming young children. teens and young adults.
*As if marching to the beat of a different drummer, gender non-conforming children are just trying to be true to themselves, often at the expense of ridicule and disapproval.*This unique group gives you the opportunity to connect with other families like yours and it is a place for your child to meet kids, teens and young adults whose experiences mirror their own.
